HI,
I created some PICs and a RTD to help people to adjust their settings, but
I don't known, if the PICs are saved with the RTD. Therefore i don't post
it, but send it to you. If you understand it and find it useful, give it
to the users.

This is the text:
Colorshift:
Use the 3corored triangle and switch the Reset to Defaults button in
Timeline Settings/Optimization.
Goto Colormapping and adjust the Color Shift till the 3 lines meet the
corners or (in my case the blue) both ends are as near there as possible -
the ends of the short white line should be white.

Go back to Optimization:
Watch the short white line and the corners while you are playing with the
PreBlankingON and the PostBankingOFF in the middle row. If the white line
does not grow or shrink any more, you are right. Do the same with the
sliders on he left.
General:
If your scanners are not the best, Set ToStartPoint 20, all Interpolate
MaxDist to 800 and PointRate to 25 (or less) if you need precission.
Save for autoload as Default.RSP.

Color Linearity:
First set the blackpoint. Look at the left end of the first 3 lines, they
must start at the same distance of the white line left, with the lowest
visibility. To adjust this, choose the color to adjust, and drag the left
handle up, to make the line longer. Do this for all colors you have.
For the linearity look at the mixed colors now. You want a smooth fading
   from min to max.
For the white balance, watch the middle of the lines.
If the yellow line tends to orange in the middle, drag the right handle of
red down, if the white line in the middle is to blue, do so with the right
blue handle.
If the dimmed part of the yellow line looks orange anywhere, choose Red
and doubleclick near the middle of the adjustment line to create a new
handle. Move it up and down to see how it works, move it up and left/right
to see the red spot on the yellow line moving. Find the right horizontal
position and move down, till the orage is gone. If yo need more handles,
create them with doubleclick.
Do the same with blue.

Happy new year!
